Originally born and raised in Uzhhorod, Vitalii is currently living in Kyiv and is a Ph.D. scholar who graduated from the National University of Taras Shevchenko, specializing in German language and literature. Previously, he received a Master's degree with honors from the same university in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Germanistics from Kyiv National Linguistic University in 2018.

Having studied in the USA, Germany, and Poland, and completed a brief seminar in Sweden on the Fundamentals of Democratic Society, he brings experience in intercultural communication, research, copywriting, copyediting, translation, and interpreting, as well as teaching English. On the technical side, Vitalii also manages social media pages, edits video content, and creates short animation videos for clients on demand. After working at the humanitarian response NGO Help Ukraine Operation Palyanytsia in Ukraine, Vitalii has gained extensive knowledge of managing grants and providing humanitarian aid since 2022 and continues to do so to this day. He also helps with the company's logistics and communication with partners. In March 2018, Vitalii joined Wooden Horse Strategies.
